

PreK - Grade 8 Curriculum
Our mission is to serve our St. Michael students by meeting their academic, social, and emotional needs.
Curriculum is provided by the Diocese of Raleigh and used in all Diocesan schools.
Cursive handwriting (beginning in 2nd grade).
iReady assessments will begin three times a year beginning in 2023-2024.
Participation in The Positivity Project Character Education Program.
Connections Program for remediation and extension supports the teachers and ITAs for differentiation and small group instruction.
Assistant Principals provide support for best practices during Professional Learning Teams (PLTs) and in the classroom.
Math and Reading Resource teachers support the learning needs of students with psychoeducational testing in small groups through a push-in model.
Our school counselor, Ms. Tiara Gilbert, is available to students five days a week. She forms small groups and works with students individually to support their social and emotional needs.
