North Carolina Opportunity Scholarship Program
The NC Opportunity Scholarship assists families in covering tuition and required fees for registered private schools. Eligible applicants include North Carolina students entering kindergarten through 12th grade. Scholarship awards range from approximately $3,000 to $7,000, depending on household income. The application for the 2025-2026 school year opens on February 6, 2025. Currently, 50% of our students benefit from the State's Opportunity Scholarship.NCSEAA Opportunity Scholarship

African American and Native American Ancestry Tuition Assistance Program
Catholic school students (Pre-K - 12th grade) of African American and Native American Ancestry in the Diocese of Raleigh are eligible to apply for tuition assistance. The assistance awards come from funds granted to the diocese from the Black and Indian Mission Office founded by the Catholic bishops of the United States.African American and Native American Ancestry Tuition Assistance Program

St. Michael Church Dr. Charles C. Scott AAMEN Scholarship
Students of African Ancestry attending St. Michael Catholic School may request a scholarship from the St. Michael Church - Dr. Charles C. Scott AAMEN Scholarship Fund. An annual stipend of $500.00 will be awarded to a student of African Ancestry attending St. Michael Catholic School. The assistance can be used for tuition, textbooks, or school supplies. The financial assistance criteria established by St. Michael Catholic School will be used to determine the student most worthy to receive the award. Thus, applicants must qualify for the St. Michael Stewardship Tuition Rate. Applicants must complete the school’s FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment application by March 3, 2025, and add “AAMEN assistance” in the comments field.Financial Aid
Eligibility: All PreK – Grade 8 students can apply for tuition assistance through the FACTS Grant & Aid website.
Application Requirements: All required information and supporting documents must be submitted by March 3, 2025, and a complete enrollment packet for admission to the school must be received first.
To be considered for financial aid, students entering Kindergarten - Gr. 8 are also required to apply for the NCSEAA Opportunity Scholarship. First-time applicants to the Opportunity Scholarship may have their financial aid adjusted based on this additional assistance.
Financial Aid Process: FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment will conduct the financial need analysis for the 2025-2026 school year (assistance is not guaranteed for future years). The Financial Aid Committee evaluates each family's need based on available funds and the number of applicants. Families receiving tuition assistance must re-apply each academic year.
