Before and After School Care
St. Michael School offers Before School Care (BSC) and After School Care (ASC) to support the needs of our school families. Both programs require registration at the beginning of the school year.
Before School Care
- Available daily starting at 7:15 a.m.
- Before School Care drop-off must take place at the Office Side entrance only.
The Weatherstone side doors will not open until 7:45 a.m. for regular morning carpool. Please do not drop off children at the Weatherstone doors prior to 7:45 a.m. — there will be no staff present there before that time. - Students participating in Before School Care spend time in the Blue & Gold Room until the 7:45 a.m. bell, when they head to their homerooms
- Open to all students in PreK through Grade 8
After School Care
- The After School Care program provides a safe, structured environment for students in Kindergarten through Grade 8 after school hours.
- Offered on all full school days from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
- Includes activities, homework time, and supervised play
- Program hours may adjust based on registered ASC students and staffing
ASC Registration & Commitment
- A $35.00 one-time registration fee per family is required (billed via FACTS)
- Families commit to specific days of the week each quarter
- Charges are billed weekly, based on the days selected, regardless of attendance
- Schedule changes may be requested at the start of a new quarter by contacting the ASC Director, Mrs. Joanna Berk

ASC Daily Rates
- $15.00/day for the first child
- $10.00/day for the second child
- $5.00/day for each additional child
Late Pick-Up Fee
- A fee of $15.00 per quarter hour will be charged through FACTS for pick-ups after 5:30 p.m.
