StMS is proud to partner with My Hot Lunchbox to offer a hot lunch option for students and faculty. My Hot Lunchbox partners with area restaurants to offer a variety of delicious meals prepared by local restaurants that our students love!

Registering or Updating a Current Account
Parents with an established MHLB account for their child(ren) should update the account with their child’s current homeroom information each year. Parents new to StMS should create an account using the directions below and match their child with the appropriate homeroom. Please be sure your child’s account has current school year information before ordering. 
How to Create an MHLB Account 

Ordering or Cancelling Lunches
Once you have created an account, you can view the daily menus on the Lunch Calendar page by clicking on the day of the week. You can also select the “Your Orders” tab to the left of the calendar to view any pending or paid orders as well as your transaction history. The order deadline is 12:00 p.m. (noon) the day before each lunch delivery. My Hot Lunch Box accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Debit Cards (with a Visa or MasterCard logo).

If there is a need to cancel a lunch order, it is the parent's responsibility to contact My Hot Lunchbox. If your child goes home sick, it's a good idea to proactively cancel the next day's lunch.  Orders must be canceled by noon on the day before your order. You can cancel by phone or email directly at (888) 894-8295 or info@myhotlunchbox.com. Please be aware that MHLB will be issuing lunch credits, but no refunds. 

Treat someone to lunch!  
An added benefit of this program is that families are able to treat a staff member, friend, or teacher to lunch by simply adding money into the lunch account for that particular person. That person will then be able to use that credit to order their favorite menu item on any day that works for them.

Forgotten Lunch Form
In the spirit of collaboration with our school families, we have updated our Forgotten Lunch policy. Families will now be allowed to drop off their student’s forgotten lunch in the front office until 10:30 a.m., which hopefully is a rare occurrence! 

We ask all families to please fill out this Forgotten Lunch Form (one form per family). This form will be kept on file at the school, and if your child forgets their lunch, then a lunch will be provided to them, and your FACTS account will be charged $12.

Volunteering & Questions
Parents interested in volunteering with the hot lunch program should reach out to hotlunch@stmcary.org
All Lunch Program Volunteers must have the following: 
     - Safe Environment Training Certificate (valid for 5 years)
     - Completed StMS volunteer confidentiality agreement.

All volunteers are considered and approved by StMS Administration.
